Family Literacy for All

A child’s first exposure to reading and developing language is heavily influenced by family members and caregivers. Family Literacy for All builds family and intergenerational literacy skills by providing free books, reading activities, and resources that meet the diverse needs of families in Dane County.

Family Engagement Event Support

Our team attends hundreds of family engagement and community events every year that connect families with our programs and services while providing access to free books and a wide range of resources.

Celebrating Back to School

Every August, we work with schools and community organizations to celebrate with kids and teachers heading back into classrooms. If you are interested in having us attend your back to school event, please complete this form.

Holiday Giving

Each December, we partner with toy-giving organizations like Empty Stocking Club, Boys and Girls Club of Dane County, Santa’s Without Chimneys, and Reach Dane to provide free books alongside free toys being distributed to families.  These partnerships share holiday and book joy with over 10,000 Dane County children every year.
